Practice Manager
Following graduation in Psychology And Health Science at the University of West of England in 1997, Becky has built her career in small to medium sized businesses working in a number of different sectors as Project Manager, Office Manager, and General Manager. Becky joined Dr Jo Jones and Healthcare4Kids in 2012 and has since worked to help deliver the practice as it is today; striving for high standards of work and services and ensuring families’ journey and care at Healthcare4kids is supportive, understanding, safe and respectful. This couldn’t be achieved without the wonderful multidisciplinary team at Healthcare4Kids, otherwise known as the Work Family, oh and plenty of coffee and chocolate!
Joanna Barnes
Assistant Practice Manager
After graduating from the University of Leeds in 2001, Joanna worked in IT for several years before taking a break to complete a Masters degree at Warwick University. She then worked in both private business and the NHS before joining the hard-working and caring team at Healthcare4Kids in 2017, where everyone has the shared goal of helping children and their families to receive the care and support they need.
Joanna’s role as Assistant Practice Manager involves overseeing the general clinics, managing ADHD patient care and supporting Becky in her role as Practice Manager. You may see Joanna referred to as “Barnsey” in emails – her office nickname.

Queenie, as we call her, has worked with us for nearly 4 years. She ensures the Medical Reports are sent out as soon as possible and makes your follow up appointment. She liaises with GP’s to make sure they have correct and up-to-date information about your medication. She also makes good tea! We have a very close team at Healthcare4Kids and all have one goal for the day and that is to ensure we can help parents….
Cheryl has enjoyed over 15 years of Marketing and advertising account and project management within many industries. She is also a qualified beautician so when she’s not with us or being a Mum of two boys, she is pampering people.

Alison has more than 15 years experience in organisations around Warwickshire and the West Midlands, working with Directors, Chief Executives and Senior Managers to provide reliable, professional and streamlined business support.
Since graduating from The University of Birmingham in 1999 she has had a varied and interesting career alongside bringing up her 2 children, including client support in leadership development and 5 years as a childminder. This varied experience both in business and the childcare sector helps her relate to the challenges faced by parents whilst providing professional and organised support to the administration team at Healthcare4Kids.
