Doctor Jo Jones
I'm a mother of three children, and know what it's like to be concerned about their health, their behaviour and happiness.
The issues that I face are familiar to me both at work and at home, as I have had to work on many of them with my own children.
It's easy to feel alone and unsure even where to start when you are faced with an unwell, struggling or unhappy child. I'm very easy to talk to, and I encourage parents and carers to talk about all of their concerns – your views and fears are always important.
I always aim to let you know as much as I can about what is happening, so that you walk away confident about your child's problem area and feeling completely in control. You'll receive a very comprehensive report from me, which you can refer back to if you need to. If there is anything you are still unsure of, please contact me and we can arrange a time to talk
My routine clinics are in Leamington Spa and Stratford–upon–Avon in Warwickshire. I cover Birmingham and the West Midlands but families frequently come from much further and I accommodate them whenever I can.

Becky Freeman – Practice Manager and Administrator
Since graduating in Psychology and Health Science at the University of West of England in 1997, I have built my career in small to medium sized businesses working in a number of sectors as Project Manager, Office Manager, General Manager and Company Secretary. This has given me an excellent understanding of small to medium businesses and I have high expectations of standards of work and delivery of services and products.
As a mother of two children, like other parents or carers, the issues and worries that one faces when bringing up children can be challenging and concerning. Dr Jo Jones and I work as a team and we pride ourselves in providing a high standard of service including efficient communication with parents, carers, and other professionals. My role in managing the practice includes helping to deliver comprehensive reports as soon as possible after appointments to parents or carers and other professionals if required, ensure clinic notes are ready for appointments, deal with invoices, payments and queries, and provide administration support to Dr Jo Jones.
I work part time mainly Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays but have constant contact with Jo to ensure all urgent matters are dealt with immediately.
